“As Ibiza Beach Club commands the night scene in this area, the Electro Island Beach Festival has become a tradition amongst those who visit Mactan Island for seasonal events. Tickets are sold at an “early bird” rate of PHP600.00 nett per person. Regular price is PHP1,000 nett per person for tickets bought on the same day of the event, and PHP 1,200 nett per person for tickets that include access to the pool and beach. Guests may also take advantage of the Room and Party Package starting at PHP10,500 nett for an overnight deluxe accommodation good for two, inclusive of event ticket and drinks. Celebrated music artists, DJ Noodles and P-Lo from San Francisco will be highlighting the party venue with fantastic mix of hip hop and R&B beats.

DJ Noodles is known for its wide range and youthful mix of R&B classics, mixed with modern day rap and integrated with an electronic sound, while rapper and producer, P-Lo is a leading figure in the Bay Area music scene.

The Philippines’ own DJ Short and DJ Gino V will also keep us on our feet with their own sick beats, along with a tropical fashion show by Solti Activewear.

Ibiza Beach Club, in partnership with event organizer Mr. Ed Roberson, opens a new season with a beach spin-off party with “Bay Area Take Over” a Hip Hop beach party. Celebrated guest DJs from San Francisco Bay Area will be bringing the best Hip Hop and RnB music at the Ibiza Beach Club.

Leading the line-up is DJ E-Rock, one of the most celebrated DJs in the United States, he is a staple in premiere night scenes and clubs in San Francisco and Las Vegas.

DJ Romeo Reyes has toured across the globe and performed in various countries such as Japan, Canada and Taiwan. Romeo is currently a resident DJ at the Marquee Nightclub in Las Vegas, ranked as one of the top three nightclubs in the world.

On the other hand, Mark West, a US-born DJ, has worked with Grammy-nominated production groups. In between his residencies, DJ Mark has been to various nightclubs and event venues around the world, specifically in Japan, Korea, Hawaii, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Sacramento.

DJ Miles Medina is one of the fastest-growing producer-talents in the West Coast. He came into the production scene relatively unknown at the beginning of 2013 and finished strong with two extremely well-received releases, combining for over 500,000 plays on Soundcloud.

Meanwhile, Agent Smith has a following spanning outside of Hollywood, as he has successfully toured the East Coast, Dominican Republic, Canada and Australia. He is now a fixture not only in America but also in Asia, having held residencies in Shanghai, Tokyo, Taipei, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taichung, Kuala Lumpur, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Rounding up the list is Cebu’s own DJ Short.

Bay Area Take Over Hip Hop Beach Party will be happening on June 27, at Ibiza Beach Club of Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu. Tickets are sold at only PHP 600 nett per person and the party starts at 4:00pm until 11:00pm.
